MOBILE TERMINAL AND CLOCK CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal and a clock control method for reducing power consumption.

SOLUTION: A clock generating unit 1 generates clocks. Multiple processing units 2a-2d intermittently perform prescribed processing in synchronization with the clocks of the clock generation unit 1. A control unit 3 gives start instructions for the prescribed processing to the multiple processing units 2a-2d. Clock control units 4a-4d output the clocks of the clock generation unit 1 to the multiple processing units 2a-2d, based on the start instructions of the control unit 3 and completion responses indicating the completion of the prescribed processing which are to be output from the multiple processing units 2a-2d to the control unit 3.
