<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for detecting an existence location that can facilitate grasping an environment control device near a monitoring target. <P>SOLUTION: The system for detecting an existence location includes: an attribution information transmitting unit 11a and the like, for transmitting sender side attribution information from near a monitoring target 10 within a monitoring area; an attribute information receiving unit 12a and the like, each of which is arranged in different locations within the monitoring area; and an existing location control unit 14 for determining the association between the sender side attribution information and device side attribute information concerning an environment control device 4 and the like which is arranged in the area where the attribution information receiving unit 12 and the like that have received the sender side attribution information is provided.
