<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for an electronic device, equipped with a back surface electrode on a metal substrate with an insulating layer, having excellent electrical insulating property between the back surface electrode and the metal substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The metal substrate with an insulating layer is equipped with an anodic oxidation alumina film 14 on the metal substrate 10. A substrate for an electronic device 1 comprises: a metal substrate 15 with an insulating layer having cut end faces 15a and 15b at least on one side; and an electrode layer 20 disposed 200 μm or more inside of the cut end faces 15a and 15b on the metal substrate 15 with an insulating layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
