<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flooding due to having not learned an address. <P>SOLUTION: A bridge device (1) comprises an input side card (10) which comprises adding means (1212) for adding a flag (411) indicating whether or not a first address table of the input side card has stored a destination address to a frame, and first transmission means (1213) for transmitting the frame added with the flag to an output side card (10); and the output side card (10) which comprises determination means for determining whether or not a second address table of the output side card has stored the destination address, if the flag in the frame received from the input side card indicates that the first address table has not stored the destination address, and second transmission means (1243) for transmitting address information (400b) relating to the second address table to the input side card, if the second address table has stored the destination address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
