<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet for solar cell which exhibits excellent transmittance, barrier properties, light fastness, and adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The protective sheet for solar cell has an inorganic layer, an organic layer, a UV-blocking layer, and a fluororesin film that are formed on a plastic film. The UV-blocking layer is a layer where inorganic particles are dispersed into a binder containing a compound having an average composition formula shown by expression (1). Refractive index of the UV-blocking layer is higher than that of a layer adjoining the UV-blocking layer on the side where the fluororesin film is provided.
