<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion system which reduces the width of a housing case, prevents water droplets from intruding into the housing case, suppresses the increase in the number of components, and is easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power conversion system 1 includes a laminate 2 formed by laminating multiple semiconductor modules 20 and cooling tubes 21 and a housing case 3 housing the laminate 2. A pair of pipes 4a and 4b are attached to both sides of each cooling 21a, which is a part in each of the cooling tubes 21, for leading out or in a refrigerant 15. The housing case 3 is composed of a lower case 3a and an upper case 3b. The laminate 2 is housed obliquely in the housing case 3. A pair of through holes 6a and 6b are formed at positions continuous with a joined part 5, in a side wall 31 of the housing case 3 to insert the pair of pipes 4a and 4b.
