<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizer of a tread, in which a tread side of a tire tread is made the maximum delay point of vulcanizing in a tire tread, thereby a tread side of a tire tread can be inhibited to be over-vulcanization. <P>SOLUTION: The tread vulcanizer 1, which molds a tire tread 2 which has a tread groove 2C in the side of a tread 2B, includes: a tread mold 6 which carries out mold attachment of the tread side of a tire tread; a non-tread mold 3 which forms a tread molding space with a tread mold and carries out mold attachment of the side of a non-tread 2A of the opposite side with the tread side of a tire tread; and a heat source which heats a tread mold and a non-tread mold by the same temperature, wherein the tread mold includes a low thermal conductivity region with a thermal conductivity lower than that of the non-tread mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
