<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag making mechanism capable of transforming a cylindrically-formed packaging film into a flatly-formed packaging film without stirring up charged contents. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic packaging machine for the pyramid pack is designed so that, in order to transform the cylindrically-formed packaging film FA into the flatly-formed packaging film, two horizontal seal clamp bars 11 and 12 fasten the cylindrically-formed packaging film FA and a bag making member 20 attached to the lowermost end of a filling chute together. Then, the packaging film FA transformed into the flatly-formed packaging film is subjected to horizontal sealing by an anvil 9 and a horn 10 of a horizontal sealing ultrasonic device. As a result, the charged contents are prevented from being caught in and the generation of wrinkles accompanied by sealing operation can be prevented, and poor seals or deterioration in the appearance of a package bag caused by the generation of wrinkles can be avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
