<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce gas-dissolved water such as carbonic water with high solubility of gas to water or hot water. <P>SOLUTION: An upper lid having a vertical through-hole at the center portion is attached to an upper portion of a tank of inside/outside double wall structure, and a spiral body including a blade spirally wound on the outer periphery of a rotating shaft is disposed inside the tank through the through-hole the cylindrical hole wall of which is extended from the bottom surface of the upper lid to the lower part in the tank so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction. Water or hot water is supplied to the spiral body rotating inside the through-hole to create a vortex-like swirling flow flowing down to the lower part in the tank. A gas such as carbon dioxide is supplied by air and mixed to the swirling flow spirally flowing down. The gas such as carbon dioxide, which has been mixed and agitated to the swirling flow of water or hot water and then pushed and sent to the lower part in the tank, is pushed from the lower part in the tank into a mesh-like mat laid over the tank inner periphery together with the water or hot water without transpiration, made into fine particles through the fiber of the mat, introduced to between the inner and outer walls of the tank, and stored as the high-concentration gas-dissolved water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
