<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply configured imaging apparatus capable of reducing line noise artifact without using complicated computation. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: a plurality of pixels which are arranged in row and column directions and each individually comprises a conversion element (102) for converting radiation or light into electric charge, and a switch element (103) for outputting an electric signal based on the electric charge; a plurality of signal wires (110) connected to the plurality of switch elements in the column direction; and a reading circuit (105) which comprises a plurality of sample-hold circuits corresponding to the signal wires and is connected to the signal wires. The plurality of pixels are divided into a plurality of groups, and the sample-hold circuits sample and hold the electric signal output to the reading circuit in parallel via the signal wires from pixels along a predetermined row among the plurality of pixels, at different timing depending on each of the plurality of groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
