<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assemblability of a plate assembly equipped with an operation display board and a glass plate. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes a body 2, a plate 3 provided on the upper surface of the body 2, a plate frame 4 which protects the outer periphery of the plate 3, an operation display board 17 which is arranged on the lower surface of the plate 3 and has an input component 17b of an electrostatic type touch key system, and a holding member 15 which holds the outer periphery of the lower surface of the plate 3 and secures the operation display board 17 by an integral support part 15c. An operation part indicator 16d representing a position of the input component 17b as well as a mark 16b are printed on the plate 3.
