The device has a latch manually actuated over a rocker arm (7) arranged at a housing, where the latch is reset into a rest position by a spring element. The spring element is designed as a spring clip and supported in an inner side (9a) of a grasp journal (9). The spring element is formed over a length of the grasp journal. The spring element comprises two leg ends that are provided with equal length. A recess is arranged at the inner side of the grasp journal, where leg end of the spring clip is inserted into the recess.
