Disclosed is an RF signal processing circuit implemented in the form of an integrated circuit, with which a good distortion characteristic is realised even in the case of low voltage operation. A semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: an attenuator (10) that attenuates an input signal by a variable attenuation amount; a source follower (20) that receives the output of the attenuator (10); and amplification means (30) that performs filtering processing on the output of the source follower (20) and then amplifies said output by a variable gain.
