PURPOSE: A micro chamber plate is provided to prevent measuring error of an optical measuring unit due to contamination and to reduce time for analysis. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sample-containing micro chamber plate comprises: a step of placing a micro chamber plate for sample injection for placing the micro chamber plate into a micro chamber plate receptor(S20); a step of placing a micro chamber plate receptor cover to cover the upper opening of the micro chamber plate receptor(S30); a step of inputting the micro chamber plate receptor into a centrifuge and applying centrifugal force; and a step of injecting a sample solution to the micro chamber plate(S40).
