<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate holding tool for plating with which a substrate pressing body and an electricity feeding piece serving as a substrate presser are clamped or separated at an interval larger than usual (an interval at least double) by utilizing a normal screw part and a reverse screw part of a clamping screw, and enables to attach and detach the substrate to the substrate holding tool for plating in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A following means is adopted as the substrate holding tool for plating. Firstly, the substrate is held between a longitudinal pole-like substrate pressing body on the substrate holding face of which a back face side electricity feeding part is formed, and a plurality of the electricity feeding pieces serving as substrate pressers on the substrate holding face of which a surface side electricity feeding part is formed to make the substrate holding tool for plating which feeds electricity to the substrate from the surface side and back face side electricity feeding parts. Secondly, by the clamping screw on which the normal screw part is formed on the screw part of the substrate pressing body, and the reverse screw part is formed on the screw part with the electricity feeding piece serving as the substrate presser, the electricity feeding piece surving as the substrate presser is fitted to the substrate pressing body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
