<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidified gas generator which can stably supply mist to a sheet sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The humidified gas generator 20 includes a generation tank 30 reserving a liquid to produce mist, and a mist supply tank 70 disposed above the generation tank 30. The generation tank 30 and the mist supply tank 70 are connected via a guide pipe 40a and a first discharge pipe 50 and a second discharge pipe 60 disposed at a position where the guide pipe 40a is branched in a horizontal direction. The first and second discharge pipes 50 and 60 include bellows-like cylindrical parts 51, 61 as shock absorbing members formed to be elongated and contracted and bent, respectively and discharge cylinders 52, 62 formed as cylindrical bodies. Structures 100, 200 for preventing passing of water drops, which are formed into spiral shapes, are disposed inside the discharge cylinders 52, 62 forming the first and second discharge pipes 50, 60, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
