A LCD panel (10) comprises a plurality of pixel units (100). At least one pixel unit (100) comprises: a first storage capacitor connected electrically to a first transistor; a second storage capacitor with two ends connected electrically to the first storage capacitor; and a charge sharing capacitor with two ends connected electrically to the second storage capacitor and an inverter. When a scan line transmits a scan signal, the potential of the charge sharing capacitor changes due to the reverse signal from the inverter, and then the storage voltage of the second storage changes so that the first and second storage capacitors can store different voltages.
