<p>The device (1) has a table holding portion (3) for holding a flexible layout table (21) during flexing of the table for forming a curvature that corresponds to a frame curve of a spectacle frame (5). The table holding portion holds the table such that the table is movable in a horizontal direction of the frame, and a spectacle frame holding portion (4) holds the frame such that a front region (5b) of the frame overlaps the table. The table holding portion brings two end parts (5c) of the frame in contact with the table. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining suitability of a spectacle lens.</p> |
