<p>The invention relates to a swinging ornamental/advertising device specifically designed to generate harmonic movement with minimal consumption, which consists of a support (10) intended to hold the relevant ornamental or advertising elements, which are balanced on a horizontal shaft (1), on top of which is at least one container (2), that slants and extends upward, wherein a volume of fluid (8) is inside said container and serves as a counterweight, movable by means of the forced pressure from an air current inside an inflatable chamber (9) that is located in the lower end of said container (2), assisted by an air pump (3), as well as by a dedicated valve (5) for deflation, such that when it becomes unbalanced the balloon deflates, generating the pendular movement.</p> |
