<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loads to be applied to indicator processing expressing quality of radio wave situations in an atomic clock. <P>SOLUTION: The atomic clock includes: a radio wave reception unit which receives standard radio waves to output a time code signal; indicator display means for performing display regarding a reception state of the standard radio waves; level change detection means for detecting changes of signal levels of the time code signal output by the radio wave reception unit in a predetermined count section in one second period; an indicator control unit which controls the display content of the indicator display means based on the number of changes of a predetermined signal level detected by the level change detection means; and section setting means for setting the count section to the entire section (d) in the one second period during a second synchronization detection period and narrowing the count section to a partial section (e) in the one second period after second synchronization detection processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
