<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately align a subject. <P>SOLUTION: A radiotherapy apparatus control device includes: an alignment-time fluoroscopic image capturing section which captures a fluoroscopic image 61 when aligning a subject; a body-thickness image creation section which reconstructs a body-thickness image 62 projecting water mass whose shape is equivalent to the shape of a patient based on a planning-time three-dimensional data of the subject; and a highlighted image creation section which creates a highlighted image based on the alignment-time fluoroscopic image 61 and the body-thickness image 62. Each pixel P1 of the highlighted image indicates a difference when comparing a luminous g1 corresponding to each pixel P1 of the alignment-time image 61 and a luminance g2 corresponding to each pixel P1 of the body-thickness image 62. The highlighted image is projected with the bone of the subject highlighted. The radiotherapy apparatus control device can thus highly accurately align the subject so as to dispose the bone at a prescribed position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
