<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path member excellent in a liquid substitution property by reducing liquid retention parts in the flow path member 1. <P>SOLUTION: The flow path member 1 includes: a liquid retaining chamber 2 comprising a recessed part 12 formed on a base body 4, and a closing member 5 for closing an opening end of the recessed part 12, and comprising a flat space; an inflow path 7 opened to a bottom face 16 of the recessed part 12 for entering the liquid into the chamber 2 from the bottom face; and an outflow path 6 opened to the chamber 2 for letting out the liquid from the chamber 2. In this case, the opening of the influx path 7 opened to the bottom face 16 of the recessed part 12 is formed into an inclined surface T inclined with respect to the bottom face 16 of the recessed part 12 so that the bottom face of the influx path 7 become gradually shallow along the flow of the liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
