<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transmission of appropriate elevator service information, evacuation directive information, or the like to mobile communication equipment of an evacuee who comes to an elevator lobby when an elevator starts emergency operation at the time of disaster to improve effectiveness of evacuation utilizing the elevator. <P>SOLUTION: An elevator evacuation-time service operation system, which transmits the elevator service information and evacuation directive information to the evacuee at the time of emergency such as an earthquake and a fire, has a control panel 10 that controls operation of the elevator, a display device 30 that is provided at the elevator lobby 20 of each floor where the elevator stops, and a communication device 32 which is incorporated in or provided along with the display device 30. The communication device 32 transmits elevator information transmitted from the control panel 10 to the mobile communication equipment 7 of the evacuee 6 who comes to the elevator lobby 20 of each floor to evacuate through wireless communication when an operation of the elevator is switched to the emergency operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
