<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile storage device that attains high speed setup after the power is supplied. <P>SOLUTION: A nonvolatile storage device includes first and second memory modules 16-1 and 16-2 having memory cells for storing data in a nonvolatile manner, and first and second external power lines VL11 and VL12 which are respectively connected to the first and second memory modules 16-1 and 16-2, and which supply external power for driving the first and second memory modules 16-1 and 16-2, and the power source capacity C1 of the first external power line VL11 is smaller than the power source capacity C2 of the second external power line VL12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
