<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletin board capable of appealing to an audience in a darkroom in which a white-light illumination cannot be used, the darkroom such as a screening room of a movie theater, a celestial object projection room of a planetarium or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A darkroom bulletin board 1 comprises at least a printed matter having, as a printing part disposed on a white substrate 2, an ultraviolet-coloring printing part 3 that expresses a color gradation image, such as a photograph, by a combination of plural colors using a multi-color ultraviolet-coloring ink, instead of a normal ink visible under white light, and that appears to be white or transparent under white light. An image such as a photograph or character on the ultraviolet-coloring printing part is presented as a color gradation image when the image is irradiated with an ultraviolet ray in the darkroom whereas nothing is presented under white light. The darkroom bulletin board may be configured to be a scrollable belt form so that a plurality of images may be presented by one screen after another, and further so that a part of the image may be a non-printing section or normal printing section.
