<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel suppressing an image-shake when zooming and to provide an imaging apparatus suppressing an image-shake when zooming. <P>SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes a main barrel formed integrally with one side wall opened and a first guide shaft and a second guide shaft carrying out guiding of mirror cells. In this case, the mirror cell closest to an object side among the mirror cells made capable of moving has a sleeve section and a rotation restraining section respectively engaged to the first guide shaft and the second guide shaft. The second mirror cell counting from the object side among the mirror cells made capable of moving has the sleeve section and the rotation restraining section respectively engaged to the second guide shaft and the first guide shaft. The first guide shaft is positioned by a wall surface section on the object side of the main barrel and a first shaft supporting section more on the object side than the wall surface section on the image surface side of the main barrel.
