<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting a macromolecular substance included in a plating solution, and to provide a qualitative analysis method and a quantitative analysis method for the extracted macromolecular substance. <P>SOLUTION: An analysis method includes: a step for adding an organic solvent to a plating solution, a step for mixing the plating solution and the organic solvent, dissolving the macromolecular substance included in the plating solution into the organic solvent and extracting the macromolecular substance, a step for separating the organic solvent in which the macromolecular substance is dissolved, and a step for evaporating the organic solvent and obtaining the macromolecular substance to extract the macromolecular substance from the plating solution; a step for performing one or more of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis for the extracted macromolecular substance; and a step for performing qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis for the macromolecular substance included in the plating solution and controlling the electric plating activity of the plating solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
