<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for solubilizing fossil oil and water which improves a combustion state by blending oil such as fuel oil A, light oil and kerosene with water to reduce NOx (nitrogen oxides) and to raise combustion efficiency, and to provide a producing method for solubilizing fossil oil and water adapted to use in a cold district by using the additive. <P>SOLUTION: In the additive for solubilizing fossil oil such as fuel oil A, light oil and kerosene by being blended with water, 3.5 to 6.5% by weight of coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, 3.5 to 6.5% by weight of methanol (including an ethanol system), 8 to 12% by weight of cyclohexylamine and 75 to 85% by weight of oleic acid are used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
