<p>Disclosed is a stable hydrophilic hardened material, for example a single-layer film, that concentrates an anionic hydrophilic group at a surface that contacts the air, has excellent transparency and substrate adhesion, and has a tendency towards having few cracks. The hydrophilic hardened material or single-layer film comprising a resin composition is produced by applying a mixture containing a polyvalent monomer (II), which has at least two (meth)acryloyl groups, and a compound (IV), which has a particular group and a sulfonic acid group, to a substrate or the like, and after drying as needed, causing polymerization.</p> |
