The system has a flat metal sheet (11) comprising a sub-structure (13), and a circulation pallet that is formed from profiles (14) made of metal and non-metallic materials under the metal sheet. The circulation pallet is formed from top, intermediate and bottom layers, where the top layer is formed by the metal sheet. The intermediate layer is made of steel structure or non-metallic materials. The bottom layer is made of thin sheet steel or non-metallic layer. Transportation and storage systems support the pallet at narrow intervals in longitudinal and transverse directions of the pallet.
