PURPOSE: A flat panel display apparatus and assembling method thereof are provided to improve assembling efficiency by simplifying the radiant heat structure of a driving integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: A data circuit film(110) is attached to the data pad area of a video display panel(100). Each data integrated circuit is mounted at each cover direction of the data circuit film. One or more heat radiation pads(140) are attached between the data integrated circuit and a bottom cover. One or more radiation pads radiate heat to the data integrated circuit. |
