<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam having both compressive elasticity properties and a material breaking strength. <P>SOLUTION: A foam layer 3 formed by a wet solidification method is disposed on a substrate 2. The foam layer 3 includes at least one layer of an intermediate layer 4. The foam layer 3 includes a plurality of separated layers 3a, 3b separated by the intermediate layer 4.
