<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of improving reliability and capable of manufacturing at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A surface-mounting type light-emitting device 100 comprises: a substrate 10; wiring patterns 20 provided on the substrate 10; a semiconductor light-emitting element 30 that is mounted on the substrate 10 and is electrically connected to the wiring patterns 20; a phosphor-containing sealing resin 40 in the form of a dome, which seals the semiconductor light-emitting element 30; a reflector 50 that is attached to the substrate 10 and has an opening overlapping the semiconductor light-emitting element 30 in plan view; and a liquid repellent layer 60 that covers the inner wall surface of the opening 51 of the reflector 50 and in which a part thereof contacts the phosphor-containing sealing resin 40 in the form of a dome. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
