<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an instant food container set which is capable of improving an adhesion degree between a lid body and a flat projecting edge by engaging a projection piece of the lid body with an engaging groove of a flat projecting edge of the container after hot water is poured into the container and the container is covered with the lid, and preventing a heat atmosphere inside the container from escaping. <P>SOLUTION: The structure of the instant food container set includes the container 2 and the lid body 3. The container 2 has an opening end 24 at the top surface. The flat projecting edge 25 having the engaging groove 251 is formed to extend outward on the periphery of the container 2 located on the side of the opening end 24. The lid body 3 is formed in plate-like shape, and covered on the opening end 24 of the container 2. A projection piece 34 capable of being bent downward is provided at a position corresponding to the engaging groove 251 on the periphery of the lid body 3.
