<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulation heat accumulation material which can effectively utilize the latent heat of a heat accumulation capsule, and to provide an evaporation fuel treatment device. <P>SOLUTION: The granulation heat accumulation material 44 is formed by granulating, together with a binder, the micro heat accumulation capsule 46 formed by sealing into a micro capsule a phase change substance generated by absorbing and discharging the latent heat according to a temperature change. A heat transmission member 47 composed of a high-heat conductive material is arranged at a granulation heat accumulation material body 45.
