<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing equipment capable of easily estimating a power generation quantity from a power generation facility utilizing natural energy. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing equipment includes a similar day selecting means 11 to select at least two past days having weather transition similar to that of an object day for estimating a power generation quantity from weather information indicating transition of past weather memorized in an information storage part 10, a time series data producing means 12 to obtain the power generation quantity data of the day selected by the similar day selecting means 11 from the information storage part 10, and produce the power generation quantity data obtained as time series data at intervals of a fixed time, a mathematical model producing means 13 to produce a mathematical model at least indicating correlation of the power generation quantity between times of the day selected by the similar day selecting means 11 by using the time series data, and a scenario producing means 14 to determine the probability distribution of the power generation quantity at the intervals of the fixed time by applying the mathematical model to a prescribed probability density function and produce a plurality of power generation quantity scenarios indicating the estimated value of the power generation quantity of a power generation facility at the intervals of the fixed time by producing a plurality of sets of random numbers based on the probability distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
