<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet ink which enables such an excellent print to be stably performed particularly on a plastic film surface by using an on-demand type inkjet printer that: the print has a sharp and clear edge; the print has good scratch resistance and water resistance; and the print hardly bleeds, blurs and disappears even when a printed surface is rubbed or wetted with water, and which is excellent in safety, and is especially suitable for print on a retort pack for food or the like since the print is not lost even when a whole pack is dipped and boiled in boiling water in order to cook, for example. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet ink is aqueous inkjet ink containing a dye, water and a water-soluble organic solvent.
