摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which, regarding continuous casting for steel, padding in a sliding nozzle and initial molten steel are beforehand discarded at the outside of a tundish, the clogging by molten steel solidification of opened teeming holes is prevented, a ladle is moved to the tundish, and molten steel is teemed into the tundish. <P>SOLUTION: The teeming hole of the sliding plate 4 in a ladle 2 is opened at the outside of a tundish 8 to discard the padding 2b of the teeming hole 2a at the bottom part of the ladle and initial molten steel into a discarding pot 9 at the outside of the tundish 8, the sliding plate 4 is closed, an inert gas is blown from the teeming hole of the upper sliding nozzle 3 into the teeming hole 2a at the bottom part of the ladle through the upper plate 5 of the sliding plate 4, thus the clogging of the teeming holes caused by molten steel solidification is prevented, the ladle 2 is moved to the teeming position of the tundish 8, a long nozzle 3a is mounted inside the tundish 8, the teeming hole 5a of the upper plate 5 and the teeming hole 6a of the lower plate 6 are communicated, and teeming into the tundish 8 is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
