<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system and a behavior monitoring program which can be expected to perform integral and efficient monitoring on a culpable act, human sufferings, and property damage, with criminality, in a facility which is individually used by miscellaneous users and where protection of privacy is required. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring system includes a monocular camera 11 to take an image of a use area in a facility used by monitoring objects, which are users of the facility; a capture unit 12 to capture an image for each frame unit taken by the camera 11; an image processing unit 13 to monitor the behavior (movement) of the objects in the use area based on the image captured by the capture unit 12 and to discriminate abnormal behavior which meets a specific behavior pattern preliminary registered; and an alarm output unit 15 to output an alarm when abnormal behavior is discriminated by the image processing unit 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
