<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging device which can produce a high quality image by minimizing intrusion of stray light into an imaging region. <P>SOLUTION: The solid state imaging device 101 has: an imaging region 1 where multiple light receiving parts are arranged two-dimensionally; and an optical black region 2 with light receiving parts that are disposed adjacent to the imaging region 1 and are covered with a light shielding film 15a. On the optical black region 2A, a light absorption part 21 is disposed, where first filters 20b transmitting first visible light, and second filters 20c absorbing the first visible light passed through the first filter 20b and reflected on the light shielding film 15a are arranged alternately while adjoining to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
