<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery and re-filling method for a fire extinguishing halon gas, which is capable of recovering the fire extinguishing gas at a high recovery rate, and to provide its device. <P>SOLUTION: Liquefied halon is recovered to a liquid recovery tank 5 from a recovery-side vessel 1 filled with the liquefied halon as a fire extinguishing agent and a nitrogen gas as a pressuring gas by using a liquid pump 3, after that, a gaseous component is recovered from the recovery-side vessel 1 to a gas recovery tank 8 by using a vacuum pump 6, and the liquefied halon recovered to the liquid recovery tank 5 and the gaseous component recovered to the gas recovery tank 8 are re-filled into a filling vessel 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
