PURPOSE: A coloring agent dispersing composition for the photo-sensitive resin composition of an electric paper reflector, the photo-sensitive resin composition of the electric paper reflector including the same, and the electric paper reflector and electric paper manufactured by the same are provided to improve the reflectivity of the photo-sensitive resin composition and the dispersibility and the dispersion stability of the coloring agent. CONSTITUTION: A coloring agent dispersing composition for the photo-sensitive resin composition of an electric paper reflector includes a coloring agent containing a white pigment, a dispersing agent, and a solvent. The white pigment contains titanium dioxide. The surface of the titanium dioxide is treated at least one selected from silicon dioxide, alumina, and organic materials. The photo-sensitive resin composition of the electric paper reflector includes the coloring agent dispersing composition as a coloring material. The electric paper reflector includes a pattern layer which is formed by applying the photo-sensitive resin composition on a substrate and exposing and developing the applied composition.
