PURPOSE: A system and a method for skin treatment based on LED are provided to treat skin in consideration of each skin property and skin response according to sensibility change. CONSTITUTION: A system for skin treatment based on LED comprises: a skin diagnosis part(300) which grasps skin response according to the skin property and sensibility change of a patient by using a plurality of sensors and diagnoses the lesion of skin diseases; a skin treatment part(400) which controls the output state of an LED light source according to the lesion of the skin disease; and a hardware control part(600) which drives a plurality of sensors and LED light source.
