PURPOSE: A producing method of artificial rice using seaweed and grain powder is provided to offer the taste and the nutrition of seaweed and grain to consumers. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of artificial rice using seaweed and grain powder comprises the following steps: dipping seaweed and grains in 5-20 deg C water for 1-6 hours; washing the seaweed and grains with water 1-5 times at 5-20 deg C, and naturally dehydrating for 1-3 hours; mixing 30-60 parts of dehydrated seaweed by weight, 20-50 parts of dehydrated grain by weight, 5-15 parts of binding aid by weight, and 1-10wt% of salicornia europaea hot water extract by weight; grinding the mixed ingredients and supplementary raw materials; steaming the ground ingredients at 90-120 deg C for 10-60 minutes; extruding and cutting the ingredients into 0.5-10mm pieces; and drying the cut ingredients for 6-24 hours. |
