The device has a mixing head for mixing raw materials e.g. isocyanate components and polyol components, for producing foam. A ventilator head lies below the mixing head, and three hose lines are brought on the ventilator head. Three stationary casting rakes apply a mixture of the raw materials for foam formation on a movable substrate. The three casting rakes are arranged transverse to a production direction of the substrate in a displaced manner. The casting rakes comprise a conical inner cross-section at a region of an outlet opening of the foam. The hose lines comprise same cross-section. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for manufacturing foamed sandwich composite elements (2) a method for manufacturing foamed sandwich composite elements. |
