The bracket body is rotatably supported via two bearing sockets (5) around a rotation axis, where the swiveling axis and the rotation axis are arranged at a distance from each other in an angle. The bracket body is designed in a U-shape in cross section, and a filling body (4) is arranged in the eyelet.
