PURPOSE: A selective melting and separating apparatus for CCA wire which uses a siphon phenomenon is provided to prevent the melting of solid fuel and to prevent fuel loss. CONSTITUTION: A selective melting and separating apparatus for CCA wire comprises a melting furnace main body(110) and a siphon member(120). The siphon member comprises one or more siphon inlet ports(121) and a siphon conduit line(123). The melting furnace main body forms the outer shape. One or more siphon inlet port is formed in the floor side of the melting furnace main body. The siphon conduit line is formed in the floor side of the melting furnace main body. The siphon conduit line forms the closed pipe furnace. The fused aluminum is flown out from the scrap of the CCA wire through the siphon inlet port to outside. The siphon member comprises the siphon outlet port formed at the end of the siphon conduit line.
