PURPOSE: A drying and foaming device using microwaves is provided to enhance the formability of a target by flattening the top of the target by installing a roller or a blocking plate in a chamber. CONSTITUTION: A drying and foaming device using microwaves comprises a chamber(20), a transfer unit(30), a foaming restricting device(40), a microwave generating unit(50), a fan-type dispersing device(60), and an electromagnetic-wave leakage preventing device(70). A target(10) goes in or out through an inlet hole(22) and outlet hole(24) of the chamber. The transfer unit transfers a target to the inlet and outlet holes of the chamber. The lower end of the foaming restricting device is located at the foaming restricting height of the target. The foaming restricting device and the microwave generating unit are respectively installed in the chamber.
