<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise-proof component, having excellent electrostatic noise suppression effect and high electromagnetic noise elimination effect, in an integrated small-sized shape with high reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a noise-proof component comprising at least three terminal electrodes for input, for output and for ground, wherein, within a laminate made of a varistor material, signal line electrodes connected to the terminals electrodes for input and for output, a ground electrode connected to the ground terminal electrode and a delay circuit formed in a part of the signal line electrodes are included and a varistor function part is an inter-layer part between a signal line including the delay circuit and the ground electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
