<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing standardized products using water purification sludge is provided to manufacture construction materials by using sludge generated after a water purifying process in a water purifying facility. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing standardized products using water purification sludge includes the following: sludge filtered from water purification sludge is dried(S10); a thickening agent is mixed with the dried sludge to increase the viscosity of the dried sludge(S12); natural materials containing loess, terra alba, and other materials is selectively mixed with the dried sludge to increase the viscosity of the dried sludge and obtain desired color; the sludge of the increased viscosity is introduced into a shaping unit and undergoes vacuum treatment to obtain standardized products(S14); the standardized products are dried in a drying furnace(S16); the dried standardized products are baked(S18).</p> |
